Topaz is a tan mer-dog with brown spotted ears. She has blond hair and wears a pale blue shirt with a four-sided star with a blue paw-print design, which is the Doglantis symbol with light yellow sleaves and has a yellow scaley tail. In her land form, she gains white fur, brown ears, feet, and green eyes. She also wears a green and pink striped dress, a water helmet on her head, a water tank on her back and a pink flower on her helmet. She also has webs between her toes. In her athletic form, she is similar to her swimming form, except that she is the same height as Howard and has slightly large feet than her land form, yet she still keeps her water helmet and water tank. She also wears short pants. After three years, Topaz is more often seen in her athletic form and now wears white pants.
Personality[]
Topaz is sweet, caring, and generous. She loves making new friends and is best friends with Bright Eyes. She sometimes misses living at Doglantis, but is much happier at Holly's Puppy Pound. She also speaks with an Italian accent. She is not bothered by Dumbo's stupidity. Topaz loves eating shrimp. She also enjoys swimming and sunbathing. She is also good friends with Anchor. Topaz's favorite movie is The Littlest Mer-Dog. She is also good friends with Sawyer and nicknamed him "Seagull". She gets along with her older siblings.
Ability[]
Topaz has the ability to transform into both mer-dog and a regular puppy. In her swimming form, she can swim at great distances with ease and play the piccolo. In her land form, Topaz is very athletic and can play the keyboard and bongos.
