Neptune is a tall mer-dog with gray, shaggy fur. When Neptune is in her swimming form, her fish body is pink. When she in her land form, she has a small tail and yellow feet. She wears a purple shirt, a long, yellow tie, black shorts, and a ring on her right toe. She is the same height as Faith. She also wears a cubicle water helmet and a water tank with eagle wings.

Neptune is artistic. She enjoys her free time drawing sketches and making cartoons and portraits. Like her older brother, Triton, Neptune is very intelligent. She is sometimes spontaneous and eccentric. She speaks in an alto voice.

Neptune can make sketches, cartoons, and portraits. After training under Gamma, she masters capoeira. She can also play the piano and swim. Her back-up weapon is her sword.
