Louie is a Cane Corso/Chinook mix with dark brown fur and short, tan ears. He usually wears a chef's outfit and a pink bow tie.

Personality

Louie is friendly towards his friends and is passionate about cooking food. However, according to Cooler, he is a good cook but not a good joke teller. Louie is also sensitive when someone dislikes his cooking. He also speaks in a French accent.

Louie is an expert when it comes to baking food.

Trivia

Louie is the only Pound Puppy who never appeared in the TV Series and Pound Puppies and the Legend of Big Paw.

Don Messick, who provided the voice of Louie and Itchy in the TV Special, is most famous for voicing the titular character in the Scooby-Doo franchise, another Hanna-Barbera show, as well as Astro the Dog in the Jetsons, and Papa Smurf in the Smurfs until his death on October 24, 1997.

Louie was presumably born in France.
