Flack is one of the main villains in The TV Special. He is responsible for kidnapping Violet from the Vanderfellers.

Appearance[]
Flack is a skinny man with a long nose and a goatee and little hair. He wears a purple Gatsby cap, a purple winter coat, and a pair of lavender boots. Most of the time, his eyes are hidden by his cap.
Personality[]
Flack is the nastiest and smartest of the dognappers. He dreams of capturing Violet so that he can get the ransom money from the Vanderfellers. He is also bossy and short-tempered and tends to call Tubbs names whenever Tubbs goofs up his plans.

Flack is inspired by Jasper from Disney's One Hundred and One Dalmatians.
Charles Adler, the voice of Flack, was known for voicing Buster Bunny in Tiny Toons Adventures, Cobra Commander of G.I. Joe, and Gazeem in the 1992 Disney movie, Aladdin.
