Clawfinger Versus the Pound Puppies<Secret Agent Pup>[]
Clawfinger is the one responsible for sending his two henchmen to capture Pupnick and retrieve the brain crystal from the dog collar Pupnick was wearing. When Bright Eyes wore Pupnick's collar, the henchmen brought Bright eyes before Clawfinger. Clawfinger used Bright Eyes as a test subject. At Mount Muttmore, Clawfinger was about to carry out his plan when Cooler, wearing ear plugs, destroyed his laboratory and locked up Clawfinger and his henchmen in a cage.

It is unclear what happened to Clawfinger afterwards.
His name, Clawfinger, is a parody of Goldfinger, the main antagonist of the 1964 James Bond movie of the same name.
He is also inspired by Goldfinger and Al Capone.
Roger Rose, who provided the voice of Clawfinger and one of his helpers, was known as the voice of the Leopard Seal in the 2006 film Happy Feet and as the voice of William North in the 2009 video game, Batman: Arkham Asylum.
